This customer just needed more space. Her existing kitchen was too small. She didn't have a true mudroom so we added a mudroom addition. The laundry was in the basement so we added a 14' x 14' addition to extend the kitchen and allow for a utility room on the main floor. We extended the opening between the family room and kitchen and added new flooring to the entire main floor. We also created and stained all new trim because she wanted exactly what she had before and that is no longer available. She purchased all the kitchen cabinet and countertops from Legacy Marble & Granite.
